MSN 6.0 Help not available?

After installing Vn 6.0 the Help item on the toolbar just drops down a tiny
grey rectangle with a soft line in it. Should there be help information:? If
so, where should the file be installed and how is it pointed at?

Hi,

I was having too many weird problems so I did one of the 5
re's that you do when working with MS products. I
reinstalled and now everything appears to be working fine.
I'm running v6.0 (6.0.0602).
