Grave MSN problem

Windows messanger works fine, but...

whenever i load msn messenger it shuts down my cpu, ive
run scnadisk n fix, all spyware software and everything
conceivable almost.

SO i try uninstalling first and is say this

C:\DOCUME~1\FAISAL~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\

is located on network resource and is unavailable.

I looked under thisnad it was not even there at all, if u
could help me i will trily b grateful.
