WLM Getting Frozen Intermitentenly

WLM Getting Frozen Intermittently
I am Experiencing problems with WLM, ever since I upgrade It to version 8.X,
in my laptop I have 8.0 and on my desktop I have 8.5.1302, and in both I am
experiencing the same problem which is it gets frozen. All of the sudden,
does not matter if you are streaming video o no. it gets frozen does not
allow me to do anything and then unfroze itself within a minute or two. I
was wondering if there is a fix for this? Also my wifeâ??s PC is having the
same issues.

This was not happening with 7.5

I have had that same issue for a while. Look, Microsoft, if you do not want
to help us, then just tell us its user error and get it over with.
