Error 0x8100036f

Hi Guys,
This is a strange one, I have set up my Conection settings
(Socks 5), When I test the conection this works fine.
When I first connect I get the error 0x8100036f following
this I am propted by the option to trouble shoot. Once
this is run MSN logs me in fine. Any Idear's

Also if I log out, I then have to go through the whole

1. Open msn messenger and click on TOOLS, then OPTIONS,
the CONNECTION and UNTICK the "I USE A PROXY SERVER" box
and click OK
Then if you still can't sign in then TICK the "I USE A
PROXY SERVER" box and try sign in.

2.Check in all Messengers the Proxy configuration. Tools >
Options > Conection). Is the same in all PCs?

3.Also verify Internet Explorer encryptation in every PCs.
Is it at 128-bits?

4.Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Connections tab.
Click LAN Settings.
Click to select the Automatically detect settings check
box, and then click OK two times.
