I installed the hotfix and the echo was cured...BUT it was only for =
ONE contact.
Since then every contact has had the echo again.
I reinstalled the hotfix but this has not solved the problem
HAS ANYONE GOT ANY INFORMATION WHY I STILL HAVE THIS ECHO - AND ANY =
ANSWERS FOR A CURE

Thanks for the info.
I installed the hotfix and all is now normal with no echo as I had =
previously.
I had to have two attempts as the first time I failed to reboot after =
installation, but second time all was ok
Now I can enjoy my video contacts

I just (10 minutes ago) went through this with my son. He was also =
getting an echo. I remembered a hotfix for the AEC system (Automatic =
Echo Cancellation - I think). Anyway, I sent him the hotfix. He =
installed and rebooted. We tried a video conference again, and the echo =
was completely gone.

Hi all
Can anyone suggest a fix for my small problem ?
