go into norton internet security or norton personal
firewall and there'll be an option to give msn messenger
FULL access or u can add it to a list. do that and it
should fix ur problem
or find out what version of norton u have eg. norton
personal firewall, antivirus, or wateva and also wat
version eg. 2001 or 2003 or 2002 then go here:

u can contact then and tell u that ur norton product
(wateva it is) is not letting u sign into msn messenger
6.2 cuz u clicked on troubleshoot and it said it was a
norton product. tell me ur getting the 0x8000370 when u
sign into msn messenger. also tell them ur operating
system too
