My webcam is plugged in and I can see it just fine in the "webcam settings"
window, but when I click to send it to someone else, it says "We couldn't
find a webcam. Make sure that your webcam is plugged in. If you don't have a
webcam, go here to buy one." Sometimes it works okay and sometimes it
doesn't.
