Hi - can someone help?

I am using the latest version of MSN messenger to speak to
some other family members, but 1 of them cannot see my
display picture. They see everyone elses and I see theirs,
but mine just shows up as an MSN icon. This is very strange
- any ideas?

Greetings Gerry,

Have they simply tried logging off and back in again? If the problem persists, have them
start Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, choose "Delete Files"
and then try again.

Thanks for the reply, I have asked them to try that - they
have also reinstalled messenger - Still no luck. I cant
think why they can see everyone elses picture and not mine,
it doesnt make sense.
Anything else I could try ?
