Delayed Messages

Hi,

Since past week I noticed that when I send a message to=20
someone on MSN the message takes about 10 or 15 seconds to=20
be sent. That never happened before... everything else on=20
my computer works fine except for that little thing. My=20
microphone also works fine on my computer but doesn=B4t work=20
on MSN. When I test it on MSN it works fine but when I try=20
to use it with someone else it says that it cannot=20
connect. Why is that? What do I do about the delayed=20
messagens and how do I fix the microphone problem?

I'm having the same problem with messages appearing to be=20
delayed before they are sent (though I think 10-15seconds=20
delayed is a bit of an exaggeration.. it's like 3-5=20
seconds)
