Let`s see. I've had an MSN account for years now that over the time
has got it's block list filled. The thing is, i still get not less
than two "add to contact" requests per day! The only thing i can do
with those it's to allow them to add me, and not add them to my
contact list.

Now, this would be fine... except that these people are STILL able
to contact me, no matter the privacy setting i use. Ignoring the add
requests it's out of the question aswell, they just keep adding up
until i answer them. Deleting blocked contacts it's impossible if they
don't delete me first; so, what gives? What should i do in this
situation to keep people from bugging me?
