Hi,
The company I work for is considering recommending to one of our
clients that they create a set of 'branded/themed' emoticons and winks
for their audience to be able to download. A quick look around and I
can see there are a whole lot of 'free downloads' available but i'm
having difficulty getting past these to find either;
- The technical information to create the packages/installers myself
(is there an API we can use etc)
or
- The services of a company or person that would either be able to
consult with us or help us achieve this should we go ahead.
Thought this would be a good place to start.. can any of you out there
recommend a service, or your services in this?
