Greetings Darren,
This is a known issue in the final version of MSN Messenger 7 with some configurations (when
you have a router or firewall setup which is blocking specific requests from Messenger). You
may be able to configure the router by turning off SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection) and/or
allowing port 7001 UDP.
If you're not sure how to do this, or you're still having difficulties, you may want to
downgrade to 6.2 instead:
