Hi folks, Can someone please help with this. I have
reported it several times to Hotmail/MSN and have had no
response at all.
Basically, the problem is all of a sudden (approx 3 weeks
ago now) I tried to sign into a .net passport site (or
MSN) and even though my username and password are correct,
I keep getting returned to the sign-in screen. No error
message, just returned to the sign-in screen. If I type a
wrong password in, I am alerted to this fact and asked to
type it in again. I have tried to reset my password, but
when I enter the username and location, I get an error to
the effect that I am currently unable to do this and that
I should try again later. I have tried logging in on
another machine to no avail and I have had other people
log in on my machine with no problem.

Does anyone know the problem, or who I can contact at MSN
to see if there is a corrupton of my account?

Regards,
Johnny.

Greetings Johnny,

You should contact Passport Services, and be specific about what does and doesn't work (like
you did here):

Jonathan,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I have reported my
problem using this form THREE TIMES, each time referring
to the previous ticket number. I have not even received an
acknowledgement this way. Is there an email address I can
send to?
I have also used support@msn.com, staff@msn.com,
abuse@hotmail.com to no avail.
The longer this goes on, the more chance there is of me
losing emails as my 30 day deadline for signing in nears.
Also, it's not as though I can re-create the account, I
would have to create a similar one.

Johnny.
