Cant chat on Msn Messenger

Ok im only 15, so bare with me. My sister done somthing to
msn I dont know what but every time I log into msn
messenger a box comes up telling me there is a problem,
theres no way i can talk and I cant close the box, its got
3 options at the bottom [Debug] [send error report] [dont
send] I try to debug and an error occurs, so it
automatically closes msn down. The box ill try to describe
since Idont know how to post image onto forum.

Its a grey box and an img of the msn logo which follows

"Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for this inconvenience"

"if your in the middle of somthing yadda yadda.."

"Please tell msn about this problem" (Highighted black)

Then more text saying you can create an error report to
send to msn. (Which ive tried many times)

Then it has the 3 choices

Debug/send error report/dont send.

If you know about this problem how do i fixed it?
If you want to take a glimpse at the img ill happily tell
you my hotmail and we can send it though hotmail.

Greetings Andy,

In the "Sorry for the inconvenience box, click the "click here" link -- in the next screen,
you'll see something like the following:
szAppName : msnmsgr.exe szAppVer : 6.1.0211.0 szModName : rpcrt4.dll

If you could reply back with what the szModName has in your error, would make it easier to
determine what the problem is.
