Hello,

Yesterday I changed my passort email address and now on Windows
Messenger Live I cannot see my contacts online nor they me.

I have upgraded to Messenger 8.5 this morning and still the problem
exist.

I have search several posts and have found nothing I have seen seems
to fix my problem.

Can someone PLEASE help me?

Greetings Gordie,

In some cases the transfer will not work. Although, the last person to experience this
problem waiting a week and their contacts were restored (general rule of thumb has been it
takes up-to two days).

Most times the best solution has been to change your address back and then attempt the
transfer again though.

Thank you!!!

I tried your first suggestion of changing back to my old email address
and then the new one and still had no joy.

However, I waited and this morning, I can see my contacts online.
