No Audio

I am running Messenger 6.2 and my Mom is running 6.2. We are trying to do
Video Conversation but I am unable to hear her audio. We can each see the
others video and she can here me but I can't get her audio. I have Verizon
DSL, am sitting behind a Linksys Router and have UPnP installed on my
machine. She has Bell South DSL, is not sitting behind a router (within her
house) and I have not installed UPnP on her machine.

I had the same problem and corrected it by installing the latest firmware on
my linsys router. Check your firmware and see if it is the latest available
for your router model number.

upnp needs to be installed under windows components, services and in the
linksys router the upnp needs to be selected. usually on password page. you
can look at white paper on your router.
