Hi,

I'm studying from the official Microsoft MCSA/MCSE self paced training kit.
It tells me several things are not possible whereas we all know by now some
things are possible.
Some things are MS things: There is supposed to be NO 64-bit version of
Windows 2003 Std server.
Some things are technology improvements: Fibre Channel can only do 100Mbit,
iSCSI is not supposed to exist. :-)

I assume I am to rely on what the book says, and not what the real world is,
right? The "newest" technology that will be tested it what is in the "latest
version" of the book right?

Or.... am I supposed to know all there is at
http://www.microsoft.com/mspress/updates/ as well? I cannot find any update
for my book, just a lot of 2008 info.

Uh. Why would he be doing that?!

I was assume (which isn't a good thing!) that since the test question bank
is changed fairly often that the questions would be up to date. The official
guides are usually not updated as the question bank is updated.

The question bank is not updated with new tech. Questions that are
obsolete are removed but new questions are not created at this point in the
exam life-cycle.
