Is there a difference between 71-297 and 70-297

Prometric is offering the 71-297 for free and I cant find
it on the microsoft website. I am wondering if their is a
difference between these two exams and what cert they
will count for. I have looked all over the Microsoft
website and I cant find a 71-297 exam. I find a 70-297,
but are they the same and will this test be worth trying
to take?

It takes the promotional code DMWSAD and that will make
it free
