    - Printing via Terminal Server to two different printers I'm trying to set up a Windows 2000 terminal server, so that it will be possible to print to two seperate Zebra printers (same model) attached and installed locally on two different remote computers - I would like to this by using the same printer driver on the TS. My problem is that when installing the Zebra printer driver on the TS I have to specify which port I would like to print to. I have chosen TS001, but when doing that it is only the first computer to log on that can print. When the second computer logs on it will start printing on the Zebra printer of the first computer instead of its own Zebra printer. My question is: how do I configure the printer port settings on the TS, so that it both Zebra printers can be used at the same time? The problem is actually clearly described as an example scenario in Microsoft article 317780 (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=317780), however the suggested resolution does (oddly enough) provide a solution to a different problem. Anyone know how to disable/remove the windows media player (v9) shell intigration, so you don't get the mini media player in the left hand side of folders? I've tried ShellExView but I can't see any extension listed that relates to WMP. However, in order to use Pull partner, there must be a corresponding Push Parnter on the other WINS server. Since Push partner don't use schedule, so it will generate more traffic then pull parter.     - How Many Are Failing 290? Dang! I just tried the 290 exam again and failed it even more than I did the first time two weeks ago. After taking some 17 exams over the last six years this is the second exam number I have failed, and this one twice.     - Passed 70-215 Yay! Finally took my 2nd exam, 70-215 and passed with a score of 895, which wasn't as good as my 70-210 but still not bad. Although I'm not to sure what the max score is though, anyone know? Not to happy about the test centre though, the PC next to me had a faling hard disk, and throughout the 3hr exam all I could hear was 'clunk' 'grind' 'clunk' very annoying and distracting. One question I was a bit unsure on was along the lines of : You have a server with a share called accounts you give the following permissions Share: everyone - full control NTFS: finance dept - full control The share has confidential data.     - security GPO I have tried to allow my domain users to debug with Visual Studio by linking a GPO to an OU that allows Debuggers or Debug Users to debug programs. All that users that need to do this are members of the domain Debuggers security group and the GPO is linked to an OU that has all the domain workstations in it. However, none of the users are able to debug unless I put the domain Debuggers group in each workstations local debuggers group.     - [OT] Looking for new job: need advice I'm about to complete my last exam before I become a MCSE on Windows Server 2003. Currently, I'm in a PC Tech type of job. I won't bore you with details, but lets say I think things are headed in the wrong direction at my current job and I'm a bit bored in this position. I would like to post my resume out there with the keyword MCSE in it (bound to get a couple bites I assume), but I'm afraid my current employer might find out by doing a resume search. Is there a way of discreetly posting your resume while you continue to work for an employer or no? I also wonder how people get these administrator type of jobs. I've tried the contracting route a few years ago and found out that these types (Volt, Robert Half, Teksystems, etc) constantly lie through their teeth and throw you crap work. This was before 9/11! I can only imagine what they are like now. I have a 4 year degree in a Computer Science and as noted above, soon to be MCSE, along with current A+ and Security+ certifications.
