Have you just realised, cope on its been going on for
years. Not only with technology but all sectors, wouldn't
you do the same if you could make more $$ by moving a
couple of jobs to low wage country's

if so... you would have allowed the mill owners in the 1800's to keep the
work back in europe and not send to the US?
