Have you just realised, cope on its been going on for
years. Not only with technology but all sectors, wouldn't
you do the same if you could make more $$ by moving a
couple of jobs to low wage country's

work back in europe and not send to the US?

That's hardly a valid analogy. Even if it was, justifying an act by the
existance of a prior act does not necessarily validate it.
