The time has now come to get certified.

can you please send me any advice, practice exams, study
material.

all relating to the 4 core exams 70-210, 70-215, 70-216,
70-217

I would advise you to go for the Win2003 MCSE track... Make your investment
more worthwhile compared to Win2000 MCSE.
