I think that even a legit site must offer some form of "guarantee"
to compete with the dump sites. It seems their software is based
on Exam Cram; if it is well done a guaranteed pass on two attempts
may be a viable business practice (they want proof of failing, I assume?)

Otherwise the dumbasses would bankrupt them.

I wonder if anyone has been successful in getting their money back when they
failed? Why would anyone trust a website that encourages cheating?

True. But of course cheat sites can offer a pass guarantee with more
confidence that a legit site, that's the point.

But remember children: when we cheat we are really only cheating ourselves.

And devaluing everyone's cert. and hard work. and integrity.
and getting everyone really pissed at them, and flooding an already
saturated job market with even more unqualified buffoons, and making
the prospect of outsourcing seem like a good idea.

I use the free versions. They're just the questions out of the Exam Cram
books. They're good for testing your *basic* knowledge of whatever
particular subject but I sure wouldn't use them exclusively.

They are not braindumps. They come with a .pdf version of the ExamCram
book and they have a pretty nice test engine. They do a pretty good
job of exposing where you need to bone up. I usually tell people the
ExamCram products are only useful if you already have a solid
background on the product. If you are starting cold, you'll need to
supplement with the MS Press training kits or the like.

Generally I can tell if the stuff is a dump when I see
some of the questions. If they reflect stuff I've had in
real exams, I suspect dump

I've used Testout and you have to pass their test twice with a 90% and keep
the printouts so if you fail they somehow reimburse you. Haven't failed one
yet after 4 tests (210,215,216,217)
