Okay, so you made a typo and want to know why the answer is D and not E.

Okay, so key to remember here is that each deprtment has an OU.

Alright, we can throw these out right away because amongst other reasons for
being wrong, they aren't using the OU.

The first sentence tries to catch you by mentioning OUs. However you don't
use poledit to deploy policy.

So by reason of elimination we have D.

Sometimes with these questions you have to remember its not which one is
right, its which one is the most right by Microsoft's standards.
