Congratulations on becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer for Microsoft Windows 2000!

Accessing the MCP Member Site
The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Member Site
uses Microsoft .NET Passport as the logon authentication
technology, which provides personal authentication
services that make it easier for you to move among Web
sites.

Before you can use .NET Passport to enter the MCP Member
Site, you must first associate your .NET Passport with
your new Microsoft Certification credentials. To begin
this process, please read the logon instructions on the
following page
http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/mcp/mcpmembersite.asp
(You may want to print them).

I wouldnt worry about it...your paper MCSE shows. No experience an
fresh out of college. Bit hard to see you on a Admin role before
years.

You dont have any experience, try for a Helpdesk role or any relate
MCP jobs.

As for site on job searching try www.monster.com or www.seek.com
