What for? Do they plan on putting more holes in the levee!?

Funny though, I was reading the story on it and this kinda stuck out:

"Tuesday afternoon, state Sen. Julie Quinn, R-Metairie announced she and her
husband, hotelier F. Patrick Quinn III, would provide 750 rooms for the soldiers
for as long as they are needed.

Patrick Quinn was recently fined by the state Ethics Board for filing late
disclosure forms showing that he and his parents received $1.9 million in FEMA
money at five family owned hotel companies that housed people displaced by
Katrina."

They're up to something again. It's either that they feel they must repay their
debt to society, or they are trying to finagle more money out of the Gummint to
pay their previous debt.
