I think we can tell the quality sucks just by considering this NG as a
cross-section of the IT world. Some smart, some, well, clueless.

On another note, that site sucks. Survey info, then a huge advertisement.

I don't know that's a viable long term solution as they are starving their

Did anybody catch the deal on the fool's lantern this AM? Guy broadcasting
from Pyongyang? The streets are deserted, there's nobody around. Anchor
asks the guy where everybody is, turns out Beloved Leader has the whole
population of the city shipped out to the country to plant rice.

I mean wholly shite!

I also heard part of the problem is greed and loyalty.

Here in the US, the pain of changing jobs means that there would have to be
a significant upgrade in pay and benifits before leaving to work at a
different company.

There is huge turnover in India. All these companies that outsorced to India
have a crisis because if Company A offers $.01/hr more pay then Company B,
people are instantly leaving A for B. For a PENNY/hr more! That amounts to
$.40 more per week and $20.80 per year.

Even in an economy where you are making good money at $10-15K/year, $20.80
is not much.

Who is responsible for this mess? Can I borrow $2080.00 so I can force 100
people in India to change their jobs?
