Great Christ, I must be getting aphasia. I mean "orifices". Dunno how
useful it would be for the guy that owns the building to violate your

Considering Vlad the Impaler is only doing what the old party bosses did
with state sanction, and is throwing in a few rubles and cartons of
American smokes to boot, not so much.

From Webster's:

Main Entry: apha·sia
Pronunciation: &-'fA-zh(E-)&
Function: noun
Etymology: New Latin, from Greek, from a- + -phasia
: loss or impairment of the power to use or comprehend words usually
resulting from brain damage

Hey, comrade, you think I jest. In the early days, before Philip Morris
started making the smokes in-country, the boys in Sebastopol had a jones
for Marlboro Lights something fierce, and no way to get them. Vlad stocked
up at Sam's Club before one of his trips and brought a whole suitcase full
of cigs with him. He had to grease the agent at the airport to get through
immigration.

As for the women, Vlad also bought a moribund software shop in Manila
(which is the source of a whole 'nother batch of stories). He flew in a
couple of the boys from Sebastopol to meet their new colleagues. While he
was there, he took the Dot-Commies a-whoring, and was quite gleeful and
proud as he told us about it...during a senior staff meeting. Bastard
probably wrote the exprense off, too.

There were times when only industrial quantities of gin kept me from
jumping in front of a bus...
