Every once in a while, I type strange, potentially humorous, potentially weird things on a keyboard... and the words emerge on a device and are rendered on a square, transmitted to the world. I do this to reinforce my ego, which is oh so fragile, it requires constant reinforcement... I need to feel like part of a group to overcome my feelings of inadequacy. I never read what people say about it, I just assume, rightly so, that everyone agrees with me, that I am right, and cooler than they are.     - OT: I've got to Wii I mean I just got a Wii. Well, my son and his gf just got a Wii, but there're using my big screen TV and mega-watt sound system, so they let me play with it every once in a while. I'm torn. If I wanted to do all that physical activity I would just play real ping-pong. I think MCSE tests, however, could benefit from this technology. Using a Wii-mote could add a whole new aspect to simulation style questions. I mean, sometimes you just want to bang on the server with a hammer, or slap that luser in the back of the haed. You will need to make a new website and come up with a new set of initials if you would like to continue to harass and annoy people and proclaim moral superiority by saying it is all in the name of a particular cause, provides a service, and that you do it for free when others charge for it. Yes, this means, before you can post here again, you must do *work* and *think* to create a new organization, or you will be identified as *lazy* and a *follower*, who refuses to work and think. The MCNGP has been disbanded, but there will always be those few old timers who refuse to see that it's time has come to pass and will proclaim that it continues. Also, the MCNGP is old, people don't like them, and never really lived up to it's potential, why do you really need those guys, you are so much cooler without them, they look bad on your resume, your wife won't sleep with you since you joined, your kids all have shotguns now, the dog pees on your shoes daily, and of course you have better things to do, we are all sure.     - Starting out in IT industry, need help. Ok, I've taken a leap from a job that I have done for 5yrs (insurance) into the IT industry as it's something I've always had an interest in. I am going to a company to do IT support (desktop) and a little network admin stuff with the flexibility to specialize in either if I choose. The help I need is in choosing what qualification might help me the most, I was originally looking at doing MCSE certification but it seems this might not be a good idea as it's being withdrawn.     - My resignation from the MCNGP - Lasher #50 To whom it may concern, Today, I have decided that it is within my best interests as a professional to withdraw my membership from the MCNGP and resign. The reasons are many and some of which I will list: 1. Failure of MCNGP's to "stand by their fellow MCNGP's". Now, I was never expecting everyone to agree 100% of the time, but particular member's lack of professionalism in this matter is shocking. 2. "Belittling others..." - I'm tired of this. I started of in the NG's helping people after I had difficulty in the MCDST NG. What is going on here is simply no longer worth my time and the opinions of people here are not getting heard in a way that would be taken professionally. I would rather seek out better methods of deferring the usage of braindumps. Honestly those two sum it up, in general. It is my opinion that if you hold so much disdain for Microsoft or disagree with their testing procedures, you should do something more than sit around and complain amongst yourselves. There are are proper channels and other, more accredited, forums that you could be a part of. The MCNGP is, again in my opinion, not one of them. It is my opinion that that the MCNGP has not done what it could do to properly influence the Microsoft Learning team. In closing, I do apologize to all of the people that I have offended either passively or aggressively, out of hate or out of general disdain for your behavior. Some of which I would like to list: lowdes, MDA, and countless others. However, I do not apologize to those who have used braindumps, inquired to the usage of braindumps, or have promoted braindumps. Also listed were the latest cert numbers: MCSE2003: 68,668, MCSA2003: 105,178; MCSE2000: 236,736; MCSA2000: 144,068.     - OT: Finally It's over. We're in our new building. I'm in my own office, on my own machine, finally with a free moment. Was crazy running operations out of two buildings while all the servers were back in our old building. But everyone's up and running, all our apps work, and DNS isn't F'ed up anymore. We figured that now was a good time to "tighten up" our IP addresses on the network, and DNS threw a fit when we did this, but I straightened it all out. Now I just have to decorate this office. I have my Don and Jerry bobblehead, a Sox clock, and a nudy calendar. But it still looks bare. Of course, I have the whole server room to "man up" as well. Alright, I'm out.
