Specializing in security!!!!

I have passed the 210, 215, 216, 217, 218 and ccna
exams, which means I have a mcsa. However, I want to
specialize in security implementation. My next two tests
will be security+ and 70-220 (implementing Microsoft
security) to accomplish MCSE. How should I go about
getting experience? what kind of job or company should I
apply for?
