That is a good deal. My college is offering us Office Professional Plus for
around $65 or Enterprise Ed for around $80. Thinking I'll take the
Professional Plus since I don't need the tools on the enterpise ed.

It is a good deal. I don't think I ever paid full price for any software.
Being an IT student we received Vista Buis Ed for free along with Server 2000
-2008, all the OS, among other things through MSDN. I downloaded everything
I can, never know when I'll ever use it.

Hah! I got it for free. All I had to do was pretend to sit through one of
their "ExciteIT Presentations"... all day... on a Saturday... with my
PHB... and it was only a voucher to download it free... hmm.... $59, huh?

My boss is using SQL Server but he's a database developer. We've also
taken a stab at MySQL trying to reverse engineer a website application
recently.
