Prometric sucks...

Prometric sucks... Web app is slow, klunky and dim witted. Anyone know why
Microsoft and Vue went their separate ways?

It wasn't specifically that Microsoft and VUE went separate ways, but
Microsoft did decide to go with a single Exam Provider. In the case of which
proposal seemed better to Microsoft at the time, Prometric seemed a better
option on paper.

No does Prometric suck? Yes. Do I count the ways? Not anymore, I've done
that already, but anytime you have problems be sure to let Microsoft know.
(msledp@microsoft.com) Give them examples of what happened to you, don't
simply email them to say Prometric sucks.

Well I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who thinks Prometric sucks.
Getting a straight answer out of those people is IMPOSSIBLE. I've started
letting Microsoft know about it too.

Me too! and now I have an address I will tell microsoft what I think of
Prometric.

With Vue I could put in my postcode, and their site told me where the
nearest centre was (5 mins from my work - 30 mins from home). Now with
Prometric I have to trawl through layer upon layer of workflow to get to a 4
page national list, that is sorted by Town - and I have to work out which is
nearest (1 hour away from work or home).

And these guys are administring IT exams!!!!!!!!!!
