one of my good friends has moved to UK recently and is having a bit
difficulty finding a decent job. He's got over a decade of IT Networking and
Management experience and is looking for a Management position. I just want
to find out what's the best method he can use there to locate decent
management jobs.

Thanks.

I hope you checked that URL out yourself before passing it along to your
buddy.

That is unless, of course, you'd rather he wasn't your buddy.

I think that would be considered a Slavery job, not management :-)

There are loads of IT jobs in London if CWJobs are anything to go by. How
much competition there is for those jobs, I don't know...

www.cwjobs.co.uk

BTW, just my tuppence's worth - I wouldn't consider living near and working
in London for any amount of money.
I prefer living in the north where the houses are still affordable to those
who aren't millionaires and the daily commute is still less than 45 mins
even on a busy day.

Each to their own...

You gave me wrong URL, it didn't work. Here is the real one.

:-)

Too bad they do not have an IT Manager position for him :-)

Thanks Chris.

I am not really sure which area he plans to live in but I guess until he is
a bit more familiar with the country, he might be looking more towards who
can give me a job and decent money, hehe

Well, certainly, there must be some that would consider moving to a
country that's cold, damp, has Glasgow as a part of it, has men in
skirts, where blood pudding or oats are breakfast, and where haggis is
considered a national delicacy, a dream come true!

Most of them, however, are far too heavily sedated to leave the hospital
grounds.
