What the hell are your Gators doing? Don't they know they're not good enough
to be in the finals?

Poor ASU.

Ben is going to have you arrested.

I don't blame him.

Heh, poor us Wednesday night. Man that pitcher was the shiznit.

I honestly don't expect the Gators to beat Tejas, but I'll be rooting for
them for sure. I'm just thrilled that UF made the finals for the first time
ever, in five trips to the series. Since I've been following Gator Sports,
we've won one Football MNC (1996), made the NCAA Basketball finals (2000)
and now made the World Series finals, and if hell freezes over, a NC!

Your Sox will be getting one of our best players: Jeff Corsoletti. I might
have to become a Red Sox fan. Been a Phillies fan all my life, though.

What do you know about Ciatrick Fason?

You got a VERY under-rated running back, my friend.

His numbers were better than either of the heralded Auburn players, and he
was snubbed come All-SEC honors.

He's a family man, and a very decent human being. Family comes first with
him, or he'd have stayed at UF and broken all kinds of records, except the
ones set by Emmit Smith, heh.

Well, coincidentally, my Red Sox are going to steal the head of your
precious Phillie Fanatic tonight. Again.

That is great news. When Bennett gets injured this year, and he will, I
have a feeling Fason will become our starter.

Ciatric had a epiphamy (sp?) early in his career when he thought he was able
to just run through anyone. I can't remember who it was he was up against
in high school, but the guy turned into a top player later, too. He just
shut Fason down. Fason then completely changed his style to an elusive,
twist, turn, snake out of binds kind of runner, and he's very hard to bring
down. IIRC he's something like 3rd in single season rushing behind Emmit,
who's #'s 1 and 2.

Other things I've heard about him is that he was in a pass oriented offense
which would help him with blitz pickup. The most important thing a running
back needs to know to be successful on our team. If he let's the
quarterback get killed, he get yanked in a heart beat.

So just so we're clear here, it's okay to post off-topic messages, as long
as we precede them with "OT:", or do you just hate the word "Ping?"

Is "OT: Ping Pong" okay?

Only if the post is about the lovely sport of ping pong.

OT are ok by me as long as they are not overtly offensive, don't get out
of hand, and have fairly clear subjects. Posting just ask to someone to
call you or get on IM is not cool. So if this post's subject was "OT:
College World Series" I really wouldn't care (because I could just
ignore the thread).

Thanks for asking.
