My question is this:
I use a ADSL connection during the month, however when that connection is capped internation bandwidth does a slow down. What I would like to know is if there is any way I can use a normal dial up connection and pass all local web requests to the DSL line, and all internation requests to the dial up. I am running Windows 2000 Professsional and it is a stand alone PC. Any help appreciated.
