MCSE exams.

I am a MCP in XP. Two days back I wote Exchange server 2003 on an effort to
complete MSCE. I wrote the Exchange server using a new Candidate ID as the
old one was not present. Do I get a new MCP welcome kit for the new exam?
Will I be able to link both exams or candidate ID?

Any help will be greatly appreciated..

so long as both Candidate IDs reference the same MCP ID you will be fine.
If not, contact the test provide and have them liknk the new ID with your
MCP ID.

probably not. Give the appropriate test vendor a call. I believe the
websites of both Vue and Prometric have 1-800 numbers you can call. I think
Prometric is 1-800-755-EXAM, but don't quote me.
