MCSE Since 1979

I just saw a guy on ebay selling boot cd's that says he has been an MCSE
since 1979.

Unless he was an Altair Basic MCSE, I think he is full of ..it.

Does anyone know what year the MCSE program started?

P.S. Another morning chuckle...The spell checker in Outlook Express wants to
change MCSE to McZee. LOL

I believe the MCP program was created in 1992 and the MCSE program in
1993.
