 - Getting compensation from Prometric - Anybody managed it ?? Hi, Anybody managed to get some compensation e.g. free test from Prometric when they've failed to run a test?? I tried to sit 70-216 last week, but due to tech. problems it failed to start. It was rescheduled for the next day, but I had to take a further days unpaid leave to sit it. I tried to email them, but they don't seem interested. With their restrictive cancellation policy it seems a bit unfair IMHO that if they screw up, there's no comeback on them. I finally passed my first test towards my MCSE cert (MCP to be exact). I've been in the computer industry for about 5 years, and today I saw what is was about.I'm glad I actually have and run a network from home in the spare time, as well as for a business. The actual experience on a day-to-day basis helps alot. The test center I went to today started using the new test format as of September 29, 2003 so be ready for that all.
