70-216 and MCSE 2003

Hi , someone knows : can I use the exam 70-216 for the MCSE
cerfitication?
Microsoft says : Design: The design skills required of an MCSE on
Windows Server 2003 do not differ significantly from those required of
an MCSE on Windows 2000; therefore, no action is required.

70-216 is not a design exam. It's a core for MCSE 2000.
