Although AD Sit and Services -> NTDS Settings -> Global Catalog check box is checke position, there is no SRV record for our GC in forward lookup zone i DNS.     - Woohoo - one down... Passed 70-270 today. What's the top score, or how do they score it? My score was 887. It says 700 is a passing score but I was under the impression that you had to pass by 80%, but that just doesn't compute. I'm probably over-analyzing it. I know, a pass is a pass, I should just accept it and move on to the next course. But, are they going to let me in on what questions I missed so I can study that material more? Eligible Exams: 70-270, 70-290, 70-291, 70-292, 70-293, 70-294, 70-296, 70-297, 70-298 Eligibility period: Customers must take and fail an eligible exam between April 1 and June 30 Redemption period: Customers may get one free retake by July 31. The customer should identify they are taking part in the "Second Shot" campaign. Other restrictions: Offer good in US only. (All eligible and redeemed exams must be taken within the US.) The free retake cannot be applied to an exam the customer did not take (and fail) during the eligibility period.     - account request hi all, am working as helpdesk for network with 340 users, im on my own as the helpdesk having to lo0ok after active directory, the company has a very high employee turn over, in the region of 2 people for every job pa, and as a company is constantly growing, was hoping someone could help he out with a couple of things, firstly at the moment when a employee starts one of there colleagues rings me asking for an account to be setup I always tell them to email me with there name what access is required, if reads or write and if email and internet is required and a description of what they will be used for, I normally get an email back like so; could you setup a pc account for John Doe he needs access to warehouse qa and qa doc and will need email and internet. i would like to be able to setup something like a template that the employee has to get filled out and approved by the department manager before I Evan know there's a new employee started, any ideas of how i could set this up, was thinking of using an outlook public folder with a form template posted but evan then will they be able to fill in this form and send it without saving changes to the form or deleting it.     - 70-290 not sure about mspress Hi all, have got exam 70-290 on Monday and don't think I'm totally ready well have study a lot but and have lab setup at home (1 server 03 running p2 1gig and p4 512mb running xp and vpc server 03) all are running fine and are setup as per mspress says to but I find mspress only skims the top of a lot of the subjects and there are a lot of mistakes and no explanations. well to get to the point I know the material in the book but I have the filing the msprss only cover about 50% of the actual server in turn the exam will have a lot of questions I will have not even heard about. is there a site with a general list of what the exam might bring up thanks Tag: 70-218 use for MCSE Tag: 124937

Yes, according to the Microsoft Certified Professional, 70-218 is an
elective for MCSE 2000.
