First, I'm not a microsoft representative, and as such am not to blame for
their inadequacies, which are too numerous to count. If it was my job to
answer the email, I'd do my best to help anyone who needed it, but likely I
would just become frustrated because nobody seems to have helping as a
priority, because it costs too much money to help people, and they are never
satisfied with how you help them anyway, and they never give you enough time
to finish your sentence, let alone actually give them the information
needed.
Second, the information was offered in the hopes that it would help, and
came from sources that I believe had the same motivation, and that's it.
Third, in your position, I'd send a threatening letter to Microsoft, or I
would write in a lot of places about how worthless the certification process
is when it's impossible to get one's information if it gets lost.
Actually, here, I'll do it for you.
And believe me, there's no value to it, it's just a tool of the wealthy to
send you through a maze to prove you have skills that put you above other
'job candidates', most of which cheated to get there first, and most of the
hiring managers don't know enough about the technology or the requirements
for the job they are hiring for.
And in the odd event you got the job instead of one of the cheaters, you'd
find it does you no good whatsoever, because even though you are certified
on Microsoft Exchange, the company can get a copy of iMail cheaper, and
there's 13 interns working in the snack bar that think they know how to do
it, so what does the company need you for, you never kissed the bosses @ss
enough, so you're laid off, and the extra hours you put in to ensure that
the server was running optimally and the 124 meetings you had to go through
to justify the costs for Microsoft Exchange, which everyone agreed to, went
out the window.
Now, since I had to read your complaint, you got to read mine, but you
didn't really read it at all, but that's ok, because I got to type it, so
eat me.
The simple fact:
Everything is screwed up, nothing works right, it's everybody's fault
including yours and mine, and Microsoft, the government, and every other
group of people in the world can go to H3LL for never doing any good.
Corporation is another word for Nazi.
And if you post a message to disagree with me, I will pee on your family the
first chance I get. If it's not possible for me to pee on your family, I
will pee on a puppy, a kitten, and a tv dinner that I give to a homeless
guy.
I hate you all.
