Sounds like a good idea, wish we could impliment it in our warehouse!

Just had 1 user phone up and say she had a PC problem, so I asked if she was
working on her PC, she said yes, I VNCed to it, only to find someone else
working on it. When I told her this, she said she wasn't working on her PC,
but on another! Grrrr, where's my 12 bore!

I had one not long ago call because she couldn't scan a document. Went
over an lo, she was trying to scan an invoice into her computer with the
office copier.

use our office copiers to Scan documents into the computers. Xerox calls
it Scan-To-Desktop.

funtionality, and this particular employee was not a new hire. Yes, I
know about such systems, hell I have one in my home office.
