Hey,

Any of you nice Denver folk no of any good jobs in Denver.

My Beau just got put into the IT department of Frontier Airlines at the
airport, so we are moving, and I would like to get something lined up as
soon as possible.

Thanks

monster.com and various other search engines are good. What KIND of it
job? Programming? networking? What kind of experience, etc do you have?

From Monster:

http://tinyurl.com/39pmm

and

http://tinyurl.com/2ro6m

Both pay over 40 grand a year, not sure what you're looking for.

Good luck in the job search BTW.

Smog is horrific there. More skiing than you can shake a stick at however.
I recommend Copper Mountain. I also recommend looking for someplace to live
on the south side of town. Although I am biased as that is where I lived
for numerous years. Schools over there were excellent (Columbine excluded).
Plus if you are going to play in a hockey league, you want to play for
Littleton. Watch out for Highland Hills fans, they are utterly insane.

I guess that might help :)

I have been the all around computer person for a reginal home care
organization for the past two years. I do everything from tech support, to
Systems administration, to database programming, etc. I am certified in
NT4.0 and 2000 (Professional and server anyway). I am also A+ and Network+
certified, and have instructed classes in the above.

Before that I have over 5 years experience in administration, mostly in
Windows, but a little Unix/Linux.

I wouldn't mind something in the same vein, or to stretch my wings into
larger administration.

I am really looking at over 50K, but we'll see. Of course, the more the
better :)

Maybe that helps a little more. If anyone wants it, I can send a resume, if
that will help any.

If you can pass a government security clearance screening, Lockheed Martin
would be your best bet in Denver for that money is all you have is
administrative and general network and database skills. The market price for
those skill is around $30K. For anyone other employer, you'll need to be an
expert in a niche to make $50K and above.

They are going to call more holding on the defensive backs. After 5 yards,
the d-backs cannot impede the receiver or they'll get flagged.

Everytime I see soccer (you know what I mean) players line up and cover
their balls to block the kick I think of Bill Cosby talking about playing
Hofstra in a game that was televised.

The west coast offense came from Cincinnati under Bill Walsh. It's a timing
offense. Short ball, quick routes. Air Coryell was more of a long ball
offense like Joe Gibbs ran and what the Vikings run now.

Hey Billy,
speaking of football, who is going to win the EPL this
year?
I enjoy watching English Football whenever I can, but I
don't inderstand the different cups.
So ManU is still in it for the EPL cup, but not for the
European Cup, right? Or is it Arsenal, like I said I get
lost with all of the different tourneys.
It is difficult to keep up from over here.
Thanks,
JSB

Yes.

Bump and run, yes.

They are going to be looking more closely at illegal contact past 5 yards.
Anything that interferes with the receivers ability to catch the ball.
That's my understanding of it anyways.

Well they brought it up because the passing yards per game are at a 10 year
low or something like that. It should help make the games more fun to
watch.
