    - Re: Leasing Time Issue If the DHCP is up, it renews the IP anyways. The thing is that the client is ALWAYS trying to renew the IP. Any idead why that would happen? Remember, there's no reservation, special scope, the config for this client is the same for others which do not show up this issue. For sure if the link is down, it should keep it's address until it expires, one MUST consider the leasing time.
