    - Design exams before 216 & 217? I have 3 more exams to go before MCSE:Security. I just received my MCSA:Security by taking the 214 and Security+ exams. I am wondering if taking the 220 Security design exam as my next exam is the best choice vs. taking the 216 & 217 first. Opinions?     - Norton Disk Doctor Does anybody know where to find Norton Disk Doctor? Someone hacked our webserver and we've been told by Dell that the only way to remove them is to reformat the drive which really isn't an option right now. Can't take ownership of the files, can't delete them. Someone recommended Norton Disk Doctor to me, but when I look for it on the Symantec site, it only shows up under Mac products which doesn't apply here. Any thoughts?     - What examorder after W2K core for the security specialisation? In the last month I passed 70-210, 70-215 and 70-216, all on the first try btw, and at present I'm studying for the 70-217 exam. I'm pursuing the Security specialisation and was wondering what exam to take after 70-217. In what order do you guys recommend I take the 70-214, 70-220 and 70-227 exams?     - Exam 70-270 failed Dear all, I work hard this last 6 monthe to studdy all chapter of the MCSE training Kit of windows Xp professionnal, I have done many times the embeded test simulation at 98%. I was then sad to see that I have failed the exam with the score of 650 and mark was 700 so really close to get it. UI jhave notice that a lot of question was not even discuss in the trianing Kit and was surprise to get them and a lot of question around, networking, VPN and security and I guest that questions range point was high... I will plann to pass it again soon, can I get some advise from you and to approach best this second stage?     - My Doc's redirect syntax I am trying to redirect the My Documents folder to a network share. Currently we have the users profiles mapped to their H: drive. I would like to have the my documents redirected to H:\My Documents but I am having trouble with the syntax. In the GPO what should my syntax be?     - I beat the 70-216 Exam & picked up my MCSA! I just passed the 70-216 exam this afternoon...YES! I took the exam in Prometric Centre in London, UK. The look & feel of the exam had changed from the other exams I took at this same center (70-210,215,218), So I guess MS have updated some of their examinations - anyone know anything about this? There were 60 questions, with 135 mins to complete the exam. I run out of time at around question 50. At the point where I only had 5 minutes left, I just went click crazy and answered as many question without too much reading of the scenario - my thinking being that if I didn't answer I wouldn't score, so by randomly selecting answers, I may at least pick up one or two more points! There was no scores or section scores on this exam - just the plain old pass or fail - thankfully mine was the former. As to the content of the exam:- DNS, DHCP, RRAS, routing & Certifacte services where the dominant part of the exam. To a lesser extent WINS, Subnetting Good luck to anyone else taking this exam and be encouraged that even though I ran out of time, randomly answered some of the questions in the last few minutes, and some of the certifacte questions where real stinkers, I still managed to pass. While if you lots of experience you may be able to get by with one of the
books from the original Exam Cram series, there have been updates made to
the exams that the new books from the Exam Cram2 series will cover. I would
bite the bullet and buy the newer book.
