Telecommunications Research and Development. We have now been operating in

service with both the candidate and the client.

At present we are appealing to MCSE certified professionals, with one year's
experience handling technical support enquiries, who may be looking for
employement within Surrey.

Please forward your CV to the address below if you would like to find out

"Venus Group", sounds more like a p0rn production company.

So you are *that* good you have to spam a ng to get business...

... and you can't even spam the correct ng at that. This ng is for people
who are studying for the MCSE, not for those already qualified, "cert" and
"exam" in the ng title being the clues here. For those readers outside the
country, as this is a globally accessible ng, Surrey is somewhere down
bottom of the UK.

Probably the cynic in me, but does this suggest the MCSE designation is more
important than experience (i.e. a whole year)?

Just wondering.

The MCSE and the experience are of equal importance. The experience required
is a minimum of one year, but it is not sufficient to have the experience
alone, you must also be in possession of the MCSE.

So an Admin with 17 yrs experience building and administering systems who is
say 2 tests shy of his MCSE is not qualified?

one 'whole' year?

if they've been in the business for 13 years, you'd think they'd want an MCSE
with more than a years experience. Otherwise this post reads:

We are a bullsh!t company, looking for an ex-stamp lickin a.s.s.f.u.c.k.e.r. who
has just got himself an MCSE, using dumps.

it's asshole companies like this who de-value certifications, by pitching the
requirments for low end jobs; way too high. All that happens is that people look
for ways to get around the system, even if that means cheating. enter the
braindumper.

This has got me incensed.

Typical - I have 11 years experience, but no MCSE
I don't claim to know everything, but I do know that most MCSE certified
people I've met have less knowledge than me.

Sure you do, pumpkin. Because your corporatespeak says you are, it must
be so. If you are so different, why are you trotting out the same old

One year's experience on a hell desk and a meaningless cert? Are you
fscking nuts? Do you even know what an MCSE is supposed to represent? Not
a helldesk droid, bucko.

BTW, Surrey, England? Surrey, British Columbia?

I really cannot believe why company with any self esteem would use
these type of companies to find employees. I guess companies have so
much money they just can't burn in quick enough....

Fscking parasites.

And manglement can't open the company coffers fast enough for them. There's
no money for any new printers, but let some dipwad in an $800 suit show up
and take the owner to lunch, and *WHAM* we've got a shiny! new $150,000.00

feh, private sector. If this had been a gummint, there would be at LEAST a
cool million spent. And we would have gotten something much more useless as
well.
