Got one left to MSCE-I guess either one will do here. How
different/dificoult are they? I like get second free from microsoft and
price is lower as well.

It just depends on whether or not you want the extra "Security+"
qualification to appear on your business cards :)

Are you talking about the MCSE: Security? 70-214 is not an elective
for MCSE- I. And if you are talking about the Security Cert, you have
to take 214 either way. Security + is the alternative to the ISA
exam.
