Is there any prerequisites for MCSE. It's written that u need 6-12 months
experience. is this a mandatory for appearing in the exam. Can freshers also
apply go for MCSE.

There are no prerequisites but experience is HIGHLY recommended. I feel if
you do not have hands on experience with the OS you are testing for you have
no business gaining the cert.

No prerequisites are needed. You don't need to look any further than MCNGP
members for proof of that.

If you don't have any experience you will find the exams much more
difficult. Better to start with one of the entry level exams like MCDST.
