Can compress a 430MB MS Office ISO down to 1.4MB....small enough to fit on a floppy. Of course, it comes with higher hardware requirements, but they don't look terribly hard to meet. Especially for the technically inclined, who have better machines than the regular internet scum.     - Study Material Good evening all, I'm new to this forum, so I shall not babble. Well over a year ago I completed my W2K MCSE. I now feel it's time to do the upgrade to the MCSE server 2003. This I believe involves sitting the 292 and 296 exams. I'd like to know several things before I embark on this journey. 1. What study books do people out there recommend (in the past I've used Exam Cram and Sybex) 2. What questions are good (in the past I've used Boson and Transender) 3. What CBT video/DVD's do people recommend (again in the past I've used CBT nuggets) 4. Apart from Microsoft, does any other web sites out there give good advise on MCP stuff.     - Windows 2000 AD Problem I have a Windows 2000 stand alone server that was once part of a domain. It appears it was not a clean break from the domain. The domain had a policy that did not allow users to change password, that this server retains. Any idea's? I have tried starting up AD users and computers and it says it cannot contact a domain. I have checked all the accounts, none of them are checked, do not allow user to change password. GPresult does show it is still getting a group policy update from the old domain.     - Problems with MS Training & certification centre. Hi there, this isn't probably the most appropriate forum to talk about this issue but at the moment Im struggling to find the right channel within MS. I finished my final MCSE 2003 paper in late January & for the last 3 weeks I've been battling with MS training & certification centre to get them to update my certification status. I did all the prereqs to update from MCSE NT4.0 but they questioned my NT4 qual -even though my transcript has all required papers -and I received a certificate. From there they escallated it to another team & since then I've not managed to get any meaningful update or eta from them. Last time someone was supposed to call me back -which didn't happen... Im frustrated that I've spend all this time & effort to pass these papers, just to be mucked around by MS themselves. My question is i am weak on 3 of 6 sections but the section header does not correspond with any of my study material. Use the product, don't just study from a book. Set up a domain, set up the
server as a DNS server, learn by doing.
