In case you were wondering, I didn't get the job I hopped on the Metrolink
to try and get.

Desperation is kicking in, although I got another inquiry in email from
another place I probably can't get to.

Anyone needing web development work willing to pay for it, I could use some
moolah, and I'll do a kick-a$$ job for it.

Why's that lowdes? Do you think he posted "I am a MCNGP on the
microsoft newsgroups" on his resume? And, if he did, do you seriously
think that the interviewer took the time to actually FIND the Microsoft
Newsgroups and see what the MCNGP is?

I'm curious about something lowdes. Do you only post from home or work

Just for the record... I'm doing this on my days off. I'm not a MCSE,
MCP, or anything computer related (except a student). I don't hold a
job in IT, although I would like to in some fashion after I graduate
from college. As for a job, I hold a production job that runs on a
swing-shift, and still go to college (and hold a 3.5 GPA) on top of that.

So, step up to the plate, and identify yourself. Who are you, and what
do you do for a living (other then post stupid comments to people in a
newsgroup). Truth is, I'm beginning to think that the signed message in
an earlier post ISN'T you. You sound like you're about 12 or 13, and
that you post from school at lunch, or home until your mom tells you
it's time to go to bed. Prove me wrong. Put up or shut up.

Actually, I intend to slide a reference into my resume. At this point, what
have I got to lose. Might make someone interested enough to want to hire me.
"What the hell is an MCNGP certification?"

Next, before you can properly assert that you can identify other as stupid,
you'll need to learn to accurately evaluate your own capacity. Of course, in
laymens terms, that's "takes one to know one", but, why not read your
sentence below carefully:

> but the are stupid for being an MCNGP member.

Far be it from me to place too much credibility on typographical errors, but
if you would like to appear intelligent enough to cast doubt on the
intellect of others, you might consider doing a little proofreading
beforehand.

Now, while that sinks in (assuming it does), I'll take this moment to again
remind you that as far as I am aware, the MCNGP has never genuinely harmed
anyone, and what I see is a group of people looking to have a little fun,
good natured or otherwise (take your pick), and other people who can't stand
it when people are having fun.

I don't think "the" are stupid for wanting to do that, but you are most
definately stupid for believing that we're going to shut down the whole show
just because you write a few ridiculous messages and quote a few other
morans that didn't get "it", and you'll be stupidererer the longer you
perpetuate the actions which stem from that belief.

Everyone here already has your number. Your only genuine way out of this
will eventually to pretend you didn't mean it, or do the right thing and
apologize.

Yes, lets see what time you post compared to when everyone else does.
I've found some that are between 5:00 and 10:00 pm CDT, and one that was
around 12:30 pm CDT. So, that is why I suggested that you post from
school at lunch, or home until your mom says go to bed.

Thank you for that criticism. Now, could you give me some constructive
criticism? Like what sucks about it (besides the fact that it belongs
to me), and what I can do to improve it? Surprising to say, I am
curious. Because if you have something constructive to say, I'm
listening. But, if you're just showing your a$$, then don't bother.

I'm still guessing that you're only around 12 or 13. But, I really
don't care one way or another. But, I am mildly curious.

Well, as I had alluded to you via IM earlier, I'm not all that certain that
we have never actually harmed anyone. Ms. Paisley Skye was mysteriously MIA
even on her own web site for quite some time after her run-in with us. I
stopped reading the forums on her board after a couple of months, but she
had posted that she was feeling very ill, and attributed it to the "stress"
she'd been feeling regarding the MCNGP. I don't know if she ever returned
to her own web site or not, but I've never seen a post from her in here or
any other MS newsgroup I've frequented since.

Ms. Skye was not too tightly wrapped. It is entirely likely that the stress
