VPN

I have a 2000 PC with SP 4
But when I try to create a new connection (VPN) it is faded and I can not
select it , what Am I missing ? everything on the web tells me that
L2TP/IPSec is built in to 2000.

your missing a vpn to connect to

I am trying to create it .

no 3rd party VPN clinet installed? are you able to create a standard
network (dial-up) connection? part of a domain?
